The detached holiday home, built in 2010, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view of the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 2 tables, 4 chairs and 4 sunloungers. American kitchen with dinette, electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and With own shower / toilet. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and It opens from the bedroom.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatongyörök. The holiday home is located on a 1,500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Opposite the golf course. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Internet access (Wi-Fi), washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception is via satellite.
