Tivemos uma ótima experiência! A localização do apartamento é excelente, bem próxima aos restaurantes da Praia do Futuro. A piscina e o mercadinho do prédio são muito bons e tornam a estadia ainda mais confortável. A equipe da portaria foi sempre muito atenciosa e gentil conosco. Além disso, o acesso ao apartamento foi fácil e prático desde a chegada e anfitrião passou todas informações para o check-in.
Gostaríamos de deixar algumas sugestões de melhoria que podem tornar a experiência dos hóspedes ainda mais agradável. O apartamento poderia passar por algumas reformas e manutenções, especialmente devido a infiltrações observadas em alguns cômodos e ao desgaste das portas, que aparentam estar bastante danificadas. Também acreditamos que a substituição das panelas seria importante para oferecer mais conforto aos hóspedes. Além disso, os chuveiros dos banheiros poderiam ser revisados ou trocados, pois a vazão da água está bastante comprometida. São ajustes que certamente contribuirão para uma experiência ainda melhor no imóvel.
