Poor AC around the house too hot . Locks on property suck too much trouble unlocking and locking.

There were several issues that were brought to the management staff's attention but never addressed. If you are going to advertise things such as TVs in every bedroom along with the living room, they should be in working order. There were NO wash cloths in the unit anywhere. There was a broken chair stored in the master bedroom closet. The small one cup coffee pot did not work. This unit is not within walking distance to restaurants that would serve coffee. There was only one set of keys for 5 people. After requesting at least one extra set and was told that they would be dropped off ASAP, no one showed up. I, personally, waited all day while everyone else went out. We arrived on Thursday; I called the office Friday morning and I was supposed to get a return call but never did nor did anyone show up to fix the problems. Although the unit is a nice upscale unit, I would consider staying somewhere else due to the response (or lack of) from the staff.

This property needs attention. Cabinets falling off hinges. Floor not clean,
Some damage to upholstery, didn't have coffee pot, toaster or can opener. Mattress in lowe rbedrooms need replaced.
