A pesar de ser edificio, no hay vecinos molestos y se puede descansar. Tampoco se escucha el ruido de los autos, excepto sirenas.
Es un segundo piso sin ascensor.

El departamento es oscuro y antiguo. Tuve problemas con la ventana del dormitorio y cerradura de la puerta y me quede afuera hasta q vino el cerrajero, pero no quedo bien reparada.
