About this house rental
This is a nicely remodeled home in a quiet friendly neighborhood, on a canal just a short 2 minute canoe ride to beautiful 90 acre Lake Cooper. Enjoy great bass fishing right off our dock or activities on the lake. We DO NOT RENT THROUGH FACEBOOK. You are welcome to bring any boat you can physically carry or dolly to our launch area in the back yard. There is no public boat launch as this is a private lake. We do have a fishing kayak available for rent at an additional fee. We have 2 grills, horse shoes , corn hole, board games, fishing gear and a video library to enjoy during your stay. We have a work station and a modem so you can plug directly into the internet without using the wifi in the master bedroom for virtual work time. Our home is within walking distance to a dog park and public library, and close to grocery and drug stores , local restaurants etc. We are within 15 minutes of the Moffitt cancer center for those under going treatment. We do occasionally accept shorter bookings in between reservations. Due to this sites limitations, only we can initiate those from your inquiries. Check out our remodeled dock in 2025!

What a wonderful property! Great hosts and very very well equipped kitchen for cooking and plenty of linens. Everything was very comfortable

This property is located on a small lake side. The views are beautiful. The house was clean and well maintained. The owners have done great job landscaping the area. We were happened to stay there during the both hurricane Helene and Milton. During Milton, power went out for 5 days but hosts made sure we were comfortable. They provided hurricane kit and gave us accurate information about impact it would in the area. We left one week earlier than anticipated stay and owner refunded for that week. We would love to come back again and hope to see Steve and Annette in future.
