This view of the St Lawrence was nice and our unit was clean because it's new, but the issues below make it difficult for me to give this place a higher rating:
-unpaved parking lot
-no heads up about disabled thermostats for heat
-no ceiling fans in bedrooms
-no individual switches on nightstand lights
-no towel bars and few hooks in master bath
-only 1 TV for up to 10 people (6 in our group)
-sod job at back of building not complete so weeds diminished view from our 1st floor patio
-common area lounge on 2nd floor has better view, but is not finished (wall for appliances was bare)
-walking to town is impractical
-no garbage disposal
