Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The condo was clean and comfortable. There were 4 adults and 2 children and it was a good fit for us. I love that there were enough pots, pans and dishes for us to make good meals! The furniture was comfortable and the view was spectacular! Proximity to the pool was also a plus! Loved it!

I absolutely love the ocean view from the balcony here! The master bedroom also has a fantastic view. This place is equipped with everything that you need.

We loved the location and view. All furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I was disappointed when I had to clean the entire condo upon arrival. The cleaning was very sloppy, hair in the refrigerator and all over the sheets. It had not been swept. I complained but nothing was done.
