Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Had the whole place to ourselves the last week in September. No trams or not many pools open either!

This property is nice. There was plenty of space for out family of 4. We enjoyed relaxing at the beginning and end of the day. We mixed it up and walked or took the tram to the beach. The walk was about 20 minutes, which was alright with teens. We struggled to time the tram but it was not too long of a wait. I think bikes would have been nice to have. The kids loved the beach which was beautiful and relaxing. We rented umbrella and chairs from Sea Colony - they are nice and helpful. Pools were clean and refreshing. My kids prefer to hang at the ocean, so we did not do the activities Sea Colony offers.
Sandy Pony donuts were delicious. The boardwalk is a fun stoll.
All in all, it was nice and relaxing.

The trip went relatively smoothly and we received prompt help where we needed it. The condo has a porch that look out over a lake that is serene and peaceful with plenty of visiting geese on the daily. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of utensils, dishes, etc. There was a working laundry machine and dryer. The Bathrooms had showers with decent pressure. The toilets and sinks worked great. While we were not by the beach, we had easy access to the beach with our parking pass that gave us access to Vacasa's private beach! Gorgeous! Also, there were lots of activities available to us at the resort, such as nearby swimming pools! The property was well maintained for its size.

The place is in a great spot in Sea colony, which we love. The home is a great size for a family of 4 with two smaller kids. Ours are 5 and 6 and the second bedroom was great for them. However, it isn't as clean as we had expected. The bathrooms are dated and not as comfortable as we would have liked.
