This custom-built retreat boasts 4500 square feet of luxurious living space and a private heated pool for your enjoyment.
Step inside and be greeted by the grand foyer that leads to a spacious great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. The dining area features a large table that seats 12, while additional seating for 6 can be found at the kitchen island. The kitchen is a chef's dream with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and beautiful granite countertops. The main level also features a master suite with a king-size bed and private bath, complete with a separate shower and garden tub. This bedroom provides access to the pool deck, as well as the living area. A laundry room, half bath, and a queen bedroom with a private bath are also located on this level.
Upstairs, the second level is designed to accommodate your whole family, with 5 additional bedrooms, a huge family room, and a wet bar. The left side of the stairs is home to the second master suite, with a king-size bed and private bath. On the right side, a queen bedroom shares a jack-and-jill bath with a twin bedroom. The expansive den features a large sectional sofa and is perfect for family movie nights or downtime for the kids. Beyond the den, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. These bedrooms also share a jack and jill bath. Private decks can be accessed from the den, king suite, and one of the bedrooms. There is also a full bath adjacent to the family room. I empathize for any property owner in Hilton Head marketing vacation homes, as there's such a deep roster of really spectacular homes to consider. I'm still surprised we were able to get this one, with the unconventional date range sought, in the location we had. Unless you plan to hold a legit swim meet (the pool is still by no means "too small"), there's nothing this home doesn't offer.

The house and location were great. The issues we had were the pool and hot tub which turned green 2 days after arrival. Maintenance came 4 times. Unfortunately we could not use pool the rest of our time. Very disappointing and no refund for this inconvenience. With 14 in the house garbage was overflowing and critters scattering it everywhere. After a call no pickup was done. Other than those issues we had a great time as the beach was very close but no pool or hot tub in the evenings.
