Welcome to our Music Row Townhome! Our space is perfect for groups, families, and those wanting to explore everything Nashville has to offer. Located in Music Row, this home sleeps 6 people and is walking distance to some great bars, restaurants, and Nashville staples!

The Space
Walk into a bright and inviting main floor with an open layout that makes relaxing and hosting feel natural. The living room is anchored by a large, comfortable sectional facing a smart TV. Perfect for kicking back after a day out.
The full kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies/utensils you'll need to prepare meals and spend time together. The adjacent dining area is great for everything from casual breakfasts to evening hangouts or games. Just off this space, you'll find access to the back patio. An ideal place to step outside, get some fresh air, or unwind at the end of the day.
The half bath sits between the living area and kitchen.
Upstairs, you will find the primary and secondary bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, clothing storage, and smart TV. The secondary bedroom features two queen beds, a closet and a smart TV!
The shared bathroom features a walk-in shower and sleek, modern fixtures, giving the space a clean and elevated feel.
The washer and dryer sits between the two bedrooms with an iron & ironing board!

We were not expecting the stairs outside the unit. There wasn't a ramp to bring up luggage. We struggled to get our luggage into the condo. We are all women in our late 50's and 60's. The condo was nice and clean. We thought the shower could use a good scrubbing. Beds were comfortable and location was good. We walked to the Barcelona Bar our first night and loved it. The walk was close.

We were in town visiting family and to attend a concert. The condo was clean, in a great location, and comfortable to be in. We had a vehicle and drive to most places we went to so I don’t know about Ubers from here, but I can’t imagine it would be difficult. I would recommend staying here!
