About this house rental
This large cottage of 180 m2 is located on a 2000 m2 plot on Fur. The house was renovated in 2008 and today appears very well maintained. The cottage is built on two levels. On the 1st floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a large living room. Ground floor is furnished with two bedrooms, both with two single beds. There is a large, combined living / dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is i.a. equipped with dishwasher, stove with ceramic hobs and refrigerator with freezer. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. For the little holiday guests there are both two high chairs and a cot. The living room is brightly decorated and is equipped with i.a. TV, radio and DVD player. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
