North Coast Villa sea view with private pool

We stayed at this villa for 2 nights with our family and had a great experience. The weather during our stay was amazing, the property was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and quickly became our favorite spot to relax. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The beach is public, but during our stay it was quiet and almost empty, so we were able to enjoy it. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Facilities around it (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants…. Etc) are a bit difficult to access but the owner made sure we can order and deliver.

Comfortable stay and very cooperative and flexible host regarding check out time. The team looking after the property was very active , helpful and friendly. Nice pool and facilities.

Few electrical faults but were dealt with promptly by the team. It took about two days to get the Wi-Fi working but it is fair to say internet access was not featured when I booked my stay. However, it has a quick Wi-Fi now. Bathroom carpets were not completely clean. Otherwise, the villa was nice and clean.

Away from civilization, if you don’t have a car you will have to ride the Tok Tok and will charge you 100 Egyptian pound to go across the street Public beach Broken screen door that allowed tons of flies in and since the living area doesn’t have AC you had to make a choice whether to be eaten by flies or die if dehydration and heat stroke Owner didn’t give us the keys, we found the keys to the main gate and the lock was rusted kept locking us out since it didn’t work properly, we were told we had to jiggle it
