A nicely furnished and very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment. Perfect for a family. From the great beach view from the terrace , the pools, the daily activities for adults and kids, the food choices, sea colony is my go to vacation spot.

Nice place and location. Nice views from the balcony.The unit matches the description. The only issue was when we discovered a previous renter had used one of the master bathroom drawers as a garbage can. We found used water bottles, used tissues, used make up wipes (at least that’s what we hope they were), used toothpicks and toenail clippings. Very gross and disrespectful of the past renter.

It was a great location for us. We had enough beds for everyone without sharing which is huge. There were left over items from the previous renters (water bottle, bikini bottom, toys) which was mentioned to the cleaning company Vacasa. The kitchen is very small with the laundry in there as well. They did have a lot of kitchen tools though. A broom would go a longgggg way. The vacuum just didnt cut it with the sand. Lots of towels and blankets
