Built in 2019, this 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom residence is located in the newest enclave of luxury cabins in Old Greenwood - the Signature Home Collection. A modern take on the single-family cabin, this home combines classic mountain architecture and clean modern interiors.

Video coverage includes the walkway to the front deck and front deck area, driveway, and steps to the mudroom door. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.

Overall this is a beautiful home in a great location in Truckee. There are some things that need to be fixed, for example, the garage door was very difficult to close because the sensors were off. One afternoon we came back from skiing to a wide open garage, which was unsettling. However, after reaching out to let the property management company know about this issue as well as a back door lock, they were grateful, and seemed eager to fix. The rooms were a great size, and our kids loved the loft area. We would definitely stay here again.

The property at Old Greenwood was top-notch. Beautiful property and close to everthing. The home included everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend to anyone visiting with a larger group. We will definitely stay again when visiting our family in the Truckee area.

This is a very clean, nice, and spacious house. Also a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. They’ve got everything to bring a family together and have some fun(bunch of games, billiards, jacuzzi, etc). My family enjoyed our staying there, and would definitely come back:)
