Old building, but very nice appartment.
It had all we needed.
Very equipped kitchen, and with all electricity items (hair dryer, iron, etc.).
We had a private parking place.
The owner was very responsive, helpful and nice. We had an issue with the bath, and he came right away, and fixed the issue the day after.
