About this cottage rental
Housed in a former starch factory dating from the 19th century, this pleasant pied-à-terre offers you proximity to the Cité des Images. Ideal for a couple or professional stay. The setting is green between nature and city, animated by a small stream. The Olima valley is located just 3 km from the center of Épinal, close to shops. The owner lives on site and will give you all the good advice to enjoy this spinal parenthesis. An equestrian center is located a few meters away (vans can be parked there). Recent independent gîte. Exterior access via 3 steps. Raised ground floor: 1 bedroom on half level (1 double bed). Bathroom. WC. Living room with kitchen (120/190 cm convertible sofa). Grass area with garden furniture. Non-smoking gîte. Including charges. Electric heating. Bed made on arrival, towels provided.
Parking possible in the courtyard, at the side of the road or in a large car park opposite.

From Epinal, direction Chantraine. At the Chantraine roundabout, head towards Les Forges. Turn left in front of the Auchan supermarket, then left again. Continue for about 500m, the courtyard is on the left, opposite the riding school.
