La ubicación es fenomenal. Así mismo la atención de sus propietarios. Es un apartamento grande, con mucha capacidad. Las personas que ayudan a limpieza (por costo adicional) son muy amables. Super recomendado.

Tiene muchas escaleras. Para personas mayores es difícil subir y bajar. Pero para viajeros sin esta limitación, funciona sin problema.

Spacious with a pool and all the kitchen tools needed to make a quick breakfast. The best part was Liz who took such good care of us and the guard who helped keep our place safe.

The house is very nice and clean. The owner is always attentive and provides quick solutions to problems; in our case, we had two: a drain in the bathroom and a problem with the oven. We were able to check in almost two hours earlier, although we lost almost the entire time arguing about the amount due. The hotel complex is quiet, very peaceful and strict, I would not recommend it for children, which was my case.

We had a problem with the total amount. The total price shown in Booking.com app differs from the final amount disclosed once you select the "view reservation in PDF" option, where it charges an additional $162 USD for "maid service (not cooking but cleaning - $81 USD" (which is understood to be already included in the description) and "transfer service - $81 USD" (which was never offered nor coordinated, and after an hour of discussion, we managed to get it deducted. Just for reference, Uber costs approximately $10 USD). Other minor details about the house: hot water pressure is extremely low. There are few kitchen utensils, no microwave, and no washing machine. It has three floors with steep stairs, and all the bedrooms are upstairs.
