Lack of tissues shower caps etc in the bathroom and not the most comfortable sofas.

Poor Communication and Excessive Waiting Times I booked two lodges: one for three nights and another for five nights. On arrival, after I specifically enquired about the facilities, the receptionist advised that we could use the pool after 3pm and provided a breakdown of massage costs. This all sounded positive, as we intended to use the pool each day and book several massages during our stay. However, when I returned to use the pool on the second day, I was told that my 10-year-old daughter was not permitted to use it and that I would have to pay £45 to access the facilities. Neither of these restrictions had been explained when we arrived. After I pointed this out, the receptionist then revised the information and told me that, because one of our villas had been booked for five nights, we were entitled to complimentary access for one afternoon. The following day, I arrived after 3pm to arrange this access, only to be told once again that I could not use the pool without paying £45. This time, the explanation was that I had booked before 1 July and had therefore not paid the new rates, meaning that spa access was not included unless I paid an additional levy. The information changed every time I spoke to someone, leaving us confused and extremely frustrated. I had been about to book several massages for the following day, but the whole experience felt so disorganised that I decided not to spend any further money on the facilities. I subsequently spoke to the manager, Liz, who was apologetic and offered us access. While I appreciated her response, by that stage I was so disappointed and upset by the experience that I no longer felt comfortable using the spa. The waiting time to be served by staff was also poor and added to the overall sense of disorganisation. As regular visitors to Northern Ireland, we had been introduced to the venue by my daughter and arrived feeling genuinely excited about our stay. Hot tub didn’t heat up until 10 o’clock at night , this was the reason we booked the lodge very disappointing.
