La ubicación. La amplitud. Hay un supermercado grande justo en frente, un servicio de autolavado de lavandería junto al portal, parking también en frente. Está muy bien equipado.
Tiene todo lo necesario. Propuestas para mejorar: le falta un poco de confort en el salón y mejorar un poco alguna ducha.

Es un piso enorme con 5 dormitorios, 4 baños, salón grande y buena cocina. En pleno centro de Ribadeo.
En la última habitación se oían los ruidos de unos vecinos bastante molestos que estuvieron de charleta todos los días hasta las 3-4 de la mañana.
