S&H La Malcriada

Un lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso , poca gente en la piscina El apartamento está bien equipado y es amplio.

Tuvimos que esperar un rato para entrar porque aún no habian terminado de limpiar. En la habitación de 2 camas no hay aire ni ventilador por lo que se pasa calor. No pudimos hacer uso de la terraza exterior porque está llena de avispas y al no haber mosquiteras tampoco ouefes tener las ventanas abiertas.

Estaba todo muy muy limpio, muy cómoda la entrada y la salida. El apartamento era precioso con una gran terraza. Entraba mucho solo. La piscina comunitaria de lo mejorcito, prácticamente no había nadie y se disfrutaba a tope.

Por poner una pega, en la habitación secundaria las almohadas eran un poquito duras.

Lo mejor la limpieza,la cocina y baños muy limpios. La zona de estar muy práctica y cómoda. La piscina inmejorable! Fantástica!!! La tranquilidad de la zona ideal para descansar! Cero ruidos.

Lo único que puedo referir es que lleven alguna loción anti mosquitos.

Various little things, really, in no particular order: The boiler was unplugged when we got here, so there was no hot water (we found the boiler outside, but one would think they'd have it ready and plugged in for guests. We wrote to management, but they did not read message for days! They seem to run many properties so don't seem to know what property the messages come from. This needs to be fixed. Only one set of towels. None for the swimming pool? That should be mentioned in description. The front door's lever falls right off. There's no cloth kitchen towel. There is a scratched Teflon frying pan (carcinogenic). The aluminium foil was empty. We could not find the microwave, though it is mentioned in the particulars. Simply not enough toilet paper was there. But worst of all was that there was no responses to messages we sent about things! That was actually the most serious and annoying issue, and hopefully will be fixed for future guests.
