We had a great time when we were there. The views of the city all around us, the amazing Nairobi skyline, and the urban mood in the background were all amazing. This is my first time. I hope to come back soon.

This hotel might be the best one on the app! I have met many hosts, but Faith is the nicest and sweetest one I've ever met. She made us feel very welcome and cared about us. She asked us all the time if we needed anything and was always ready to help us.

The view was great, and the place was very clean. It looks like a lot of thought went into the beautiful furniture, which makes you feel very at ease. The mall is close enough to walk to. I really suggest you visit the place.

Excellent appartement, large and comfortable, in a nice area.

Several issues have unfortunately spoiled the experience and weren’t handled properly - therefore the poor rating. First, the appartment address (given in booking page) was erronate (20min drive from the actual one) and in spite of confirmation requests we didn’t receive the right address beforehand. Second, breakfast was included but we only got it once out of 4 days in spite of several requests - and it was quite basic (a bag deposited at the appt with a few supplies in it). The issue was that we kept waiting for nothing, no timely information was provided (otherwise we’d have organized by ourselves) which spoiled our mornings. Although the staff was friendly, feedback was not clear enough and promises not kept - improvement is needed.
