This holiday rental in the mountains is ideal to unwind and relax, and you can make the most of the quietness and the fabulous landscape with seven other people. Here, you will find a significant amount of privacy, tranquillity and peace, which allow you to recharge your batteries surrounded by nature.
The house is characterised by rustic vibes, which are featured in all the rooms, and even outdoor. The ground floor of the villa welcomes a wide living space, divided into a living room with fireplace and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Four bedrooms are at the guests' disposal in the villa, each of which can accommodate up to two people. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 150- cm double bed, whereas the other two rely on two twin beds each. Lastly, the villa is also provided with two bathrooms with shower. Heating is supplied via radiators in the bedrooms, which also feature ceiling fans.
The bedrooms will be opened according to the number of people. Opening two bedrooms is for 4 people; to open three bedrooms, the cost will be that of a stay for 6 people. If you want to have the four bedrooms of the house at your disposal, you will have to pay the price fixed for 8 guests.
The outdoor area is as spacious as you can imagine, enveloped by lush vegetation that covers the surrounding hills. You and your family can make the most of the quiet atmosphere and the relaxing landscape while enjoying your meals in the outdoor dining area, or as you sunbathe on the poolside sun loungers. And of course, the private pool is the cherry on the pie, letting you refresh when the temperatures start rising.
The access to the holiday home is possible via a 1.1-km dirt track.

The property was spacious, rustic and full of character and had everything we needed. The owner met us to take us there and showed us round, he’d even left us some wine, beers and ice! Set at the end of a long track the house is so secluded and peaceful. The pool area is private and a lovely place to relax. The house itself was cool and comfortable a welcome break from the heat. The location is just incredible with amazing views and the only sounds being crickets, sheep bells and horses. We loved Gaucin and can’t wait to return.

Fuimos dos arejas con dos perritos, la casa es todo lo que puedes desear si buscas paz naturaleza y desconexion, el paisaje de la serrania precioso,la zona de la piscina inmejorable, la finca muy grande, las mascotas pudieron estar por alli sin miedo de que se escapen ya que esta tida la finca vallada, la casa por dentro perfecta ya que tiene dos zonas de subida a cada lado del gran salon y aunque estes con mas parejas arriba estan separadas ambas estancias Y asi disfrutas de mucha intimidad.El trato de Jose Luis fue perfecto, nos resolvió cualquier cosilla en el momento, muy atento, nos dejo dos botellas de vino muy rico y unos limones y naranjas recién cogidos del árbol, muy atento y muy buen anfitrión, se preocupo en todo momento por nuestra comodidad.Recomendamos la casa 100x100 y volveremos
