Apartamentos La Casa del Azafrán

Lovely traditional apartment in the centre of Cordoba within easy reach of all the must see places, shops, bars and restaurants.

We loved the property, but we had a problem on the first night as we arrived late due to our train being delayed, the host had told us the building door would be open but it was locked. As we had no data, we could not get in touch with him, we had to ask for help at a nearby hotel, who contacted the host. He then arranged for one of the other building residents to let us in, however when we got to the apartment, he had not told us the lock box code, so we had to ask the other building resident to call him again. Once inside everything was great, but there were a lot of problems to overcome to gain access.

Location in old town is excellent for exploring the area and main sites (eg Mezquita). Flamenco club el Cardinal is at the bottom of the street. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

It's a two-bedroom apartment, but the bedroom with the single beds is reached via the bedroom with the double bed.
