Casita can sleep 4 with its Queen size bed & hide-a-bed sofa. We will lease this home as a 4 bedroom 4 bath for the listed nightly rate. Or you can add the Casita Apartment making room for up to 4 more guests as a 5bdrm 5 bath home.

Just a few steps to the beach WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY HIGH OCEANFRONT RENTAL RATES. Other homes directly on the beach have rental rates at $125 to $175 more per night per bedroom.

Casa Margarita is a Show Stopper!" Built in 2010. Very New for a beach home.
Sleeps 14 in beds but can accommodate more children. The posted rental rate is for 12 people. At $25 or less a head per night you cannot beat this price and quality.
We can add more guests than 12. This will carry a $20 a head nightly rental. This fee is to cover the extra expenses for a large group and the use of The Detached Private Casita. **If more guests decide to come, just let Management know. We will gladly accommodate with the additional rental fee.
The entry courtyard is lovely and comfortable. Built in fireplace and Charcoal BBQ for relaxing outside with the fresh ocean breezes. There is an exterior shower off station.
The 5th full bathroom opens to the courtyard as well. Use this bathroom from outside without having to go through the house.
We have an exterior shower as well.
We DO ALLOW house trained dogs.
Words cannot describe the beautifully hand laid tile artwork in each bathroom. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Updated furniture.
THE MASTER SUITE is grand. Opens to the 2nd floor margarita deck with amazing ocean views & Traditional Boveda Ceiling.

Hide from the kids or just enjoy quite reading time by the picture windows and Margarita deck.

OMG this home is perfect lots of room only thing if u want to go into town its about 5 miles my husband an i was able to get away from the family with peace and quiet. I can not kind of anything bad to say about this home.very good directions.to the home

We checked in on Thursday Night, the driving directions were spot on and house was easy to find!! The house was everything that it was advertised as and more( the decorative tile work was amazing) Everything that we needed was there

Casa Margarita Playa la Jolla was the perfect place for our family's first visit to Rocky Point. We were concerned that this home was a ways from town, but we enjoyed the whole experience. We could run to town when we wanted the city experience, but staying close to the beach was fantastic! We had the beach to ourselves, and the beach was the cleanest beach we have ever been to. The kids loved finding the beautiful variety of shells and playing in the sand. We also went to the tide pools in Playas Los Conchas. The home exceeded our expectations. We loved having beautiful tiled bathrooms and gorgeous ceilings. The courtyard was great for the children. We also loved the rooftop in the early mornings and evenings, where we could enjoy the breezes and views of the ocean. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond. We definitely want to return.
