About this house rental
Enjoy your stay at our cozy brick ranch in the country! Our home is located on a quiet country road situated on a half acre with lots of shade in the front yard or full sun in the back yard. We are setup perfectly for one or two couples or a small family.
The master bedroom has a roomy king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a comfy queen, and the 3rd bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed set that is perfect for the kids! (Please note the bunkbeds are not for adults and there is a max weight limit of 100lbs for the top bunk) All 3 bedrooms have closet space available and they share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is another bathroom with a shower and laundry room off the kitchen. Plenty of clean towels are included.
The kitchen is well-stocked for all of your basic cooking needs and includes a Keurig and drip coffee maker for your morning coffee on the back deck!
The living room has a 46in HD TV with internet access through a Roku device where you can sign in to any of your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, etc. There is high speed wifi throughout the home.
Please take note that we have a wonderful neighbor who is a professional gunsmith. We are in a rural setting and so you may see/hear him testing his firearms from time to time on his private gun range.

The house was very clean and just as advertised. Owner was terrific to communicate with. Arrival and departure was a breeze. We especially loved the back deck and front porch swing!

This air b and b superceeded my expectations. I love how it was in the country and close to several waterfalls. I was also pleased that there was coffee and laundry detergent readily available :) We could have used a full length mirror but that literally the only suggestion i have

This property was such a great place to stay and was so comfortable and cozy! The owner was very gracious and stayed in contact diligently. We loved the location out in the country and it was so nice and quiet with a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and spacious. The owner supplied coffee, creamer, sugar and bottle water, which was so thoughtful! Next time we are in Tennessee we will hopefully be able to enjoy this property! Thanks again!

Excellent communication, a very clean home that was minimalist and extremely comfortable, quiet country setting was the highlights of our stay. We hopefully be able to stay here every time we visit my son and his wife.
Thank you for a pleasant stay! It changed my husband’s mind on renting a house instead of a hotel room!
