Friendly staff and good onsen at the hotel
Far away from everything; despite very good shuttle service. Queen bed was too small to fit two persons comfortably

Great Hotel with nice Appartements in Japanese style interior. Very friendly staff and great service with shuttle bus and tips. Very responsive and top service. Any time again.
We didn't go for the breakfast, that was too basic.
