Lokalizacja, czystość i pełne wyposażanie łącznie z pralką i zmywarką.
Trochę zbyt mała umywalka odsunięta w głąb blatu co utrudniało korzystanie z niej. Brak firanek w oknach ograniczał prywatność i zmuszał tym samym do zaciągania zasłon, co powodowało że w lokalu robiło się ciemno i ponuro pomimo pięknej pogody na zewnątrz

Bardzo wysoki poziom urządzenia i wyposażenia apartamentu.
Po przybyciu do apartamentu zastaliśmy z żoną słabo drożny odpływ spod umywalki w łazience, brudny wetylator tamże oraz uszkodzoną klamkę drzwi balkonowych w sypialni. Próbowałem zgłosić to wszystko na recepcji, ale tam nie mogłem nikogo zastać. Na nr telefonu podany w instrukcji (infolinia) nie można było dodzwonić się, napisany mail do adresata, który przysłał instrukcję, nie docierał do niego. Obiekt funkcjonował jakby bez gospodarza. W razie poważnej awarii nie byłoby komu szybko tego zgłosić.
