Staff are friendly & there’s a free shuttle to reach downtown areas for 3 miles radius
Tsxes is not stated in the booking or during check in properly. I have to pay $20.44 extra days later after I checked out & I cant claim it to my client because I settled my finance report.

The building and room were very nice.
The parking sucks. The staff was great except one woman working in the early afternoon that was quite nasty. We stood waiting for about 3 minutes before she even acknowledged us then told us to hold on and proceeded to keep doing something on the computer for another few minutes. We tried to ask about early check in and without asking our names or anything she says there are lots of late checkouts today in a rude tone and said no early check in. We tried to ask about parking and she immediately said it was full and said something about street parking. If you work in hospitality at least try to pretend you like people.
