Location and view of golf course.
Terrible internet service - very frustrating.
Insufficient small sharp knives. No table mats. Closeness to house in front.

Location is excellent as were the facilities. The property was well air conditioned.
The wifi was poor. Needs an extender or separate connection. Not sure if this is a location (ie Mollymook) problem. The water also tasted "funny" possibly too much chlorine. Neede to use bottled water to drink. It was ok for tea.

Mould odour & visible mould in bedroom cupboards & obvious mould odour in both bedrooms in general
Bathroom design was not that functional, appeared quite unusual, toilet floor got wet 100% with showering & whole cubicle stayed damp throughout day after showers despite exhaust fan being left on
Limited kitchen utensils, had to ask for basics eg wooden spoon
