The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, cooktop, steamer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine, plus a large pantry to make family meal prep a breeze. Multiple outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting for alfresco dining or BBQs.
Upstairs, the master suite boasts a king-size bed, air-conditioning, TV, ensuite, and a balcony with Tollgate Island views. Kids will love the 4-bed bunk room with an adjoining reading/board games area and additional bathroom.
Downstairs, there are 2 queen bedrooms with TVs and ceiling fans, plus a cot room for the little one. The family bathroom includes a bathtub and washer/dryer.

The accommodation was well presented and very comfortable for a large family. The front and rear gardens were lovely with several tables and undercover areas that provided shelter from sun and minor showers. The kitchen was very well appointed . Proximity to the beautiful beach was a bonus. The local area included a reserve, wallabies in the street at times and a range of bird life.

Cannot request for earlier check in than 4pm as agent told us that cleaner is cleaning back to back the day before check-in. When arrived at the property we were very disappointed with the state it was in. It was NOT cleaned. In summary below -
- The floors was dusty
- There was a dead cockroach on the floor
- The tables and dining chairs were dusty
-The kitchen benches and stove top was oily
- The fridge had food crumbs in it
- The pantry is dusty
- The bedroom tables are dusty
- The BBQ is very dirty
- The outdoor sink is dirty with bird poo and feathers
