Property is waterfront on a quiet cove with parking for your boat at your personal boat dock. Swimming and floating off the dock is safe for all the kids, with no boat traffic nearby. Two fully furnished kitchens, with one on the main floor and one in the walkout basement. Wrap around covered porches with seating and waterfront views from all three levels! Bring ALL of your family & friends because this house DEFINITELY HAS the room! Keep the adults entertained with a hot tub on the balcony and the kids entertained with pool and ping pong tables. We stayed here for a weeklong family reunion. The house had plenty of room for all of us. We had our coffee on the porch each morning overlooking the lake, swam and fished off the dock each day. The house was clean and on a very quiet street.The location was central to lots of fun things to do. We visited the Bush's baked bean store, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, rode the mountain coaster, and more. There are a few steep steps to get into the house and a lot of steps to walk down to the lake (one could drive to the lake if the steps are too much). This was not a problem for any of us, but just something to keep in mind if mobility is an issue for anyone in your group. Kevin was great to deal with. We would stay here again.

Wonderful location and great space for large family gathering. Beautiful house and loved being close to the lake and to Pigeon Forge.

House is huge! Bedrooms and space are great! Appliances are outdated/not all working and porches are definitely leaning/probably unsafe at a few places. Lake was low and we should have be warned of that more than 24 hours before. Lake is beautiful once the floating doc was pulled over.

Overall the property was good and in a nice location. We felt the listing was a little misleading as there was nothing notifying us that the lake would be completely dried up while we were there. We chose the property because of the lake and we were disappointed when we arrived. The host was great and very accommodating. The house provided everything we needed for the week. The house was a little dirtier than I would expect from such a highly rated property. One of my guests had to wash her bedding because they were not cleaned.
