Early 1800’s farmhouse on 150 acres of nature and hiking trails, or make your own trails. Three bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs. Easy access to both Oneonta, Cooperstown and many surrounding sights. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the enclosed front porch or sunsets over the pond. Rolling hills, trails and woodlands offer diverse outdoor adventure opportunities.
Year around rentals available. The Summer offers access to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and local baseball camps (Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village). The property is conveniently located between both camps. Enjoy the colors of the foliage in the Fall. Bring your mountain bike and ride the trails. Bring your cross country skis or snowmobile in the Winter or enjoy the complimentary snow shoes. The 150 acres offers opportunities to bring your horse for trail riding. Enjoy the countryside in the Spring. Conveniently located near both Hartwick College and Oneonta State.
