Located in a wooded environment, on the edge of the Meygal forest, this cottage is a large independent stone house with 2 pleasant terraces (8 and 9 m²) and a private unfenced lawned area of 200 m² with children's games.
Nearby: Lac bleu, Lauzière miniature park and Meygal forest on site, St-Julien-Chapteuil 10 km away (church, Jules Romains museum, climbing site, all shops and services). The parents of the owners provide reception and make part of their shared land (1500 m²) available.
The ground floor consists of a dining room with fully equipped kitchen area, communicating with a large living room with closed fireplace, separate toilet in the laundry room.
The 1st floor is divided into 2 independent modules each comprising 2 bedrooms, [hidden] in total: 3 bedrooms with 1 140 bed each and 1 bedroom with 2 90 beds), 1 shower room and 1 toilet on each side.
Services offered by the owners:
- Central oil heating included in the price. Wood for the fireplace provided free of charge.
