45 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and 45 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay, in the heart of the Brivadois region, this former 19th-century shop has been carefully renovated into a residential home. The detached house, located on the edge of a small village, is surrounded by a large, enclosed, wooded park (2,000 m²) that will be the ideal playground for your children.
Inside, the generous size of the property allows for a comfortable layout enhanced by its tasteful decor.
