About this cottage rental
This tastefully decorated gîte, attached to the owners' house, combines modernity and tradition, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. It features a 25m² terrace, a pleasant, enclosed plot of land (200m²) with a swing set, sandpit, and garden furniture, as well as a carport and bicycle storage.

Nearby: the fortified village of Roche-en-Regnier, Retournac (6 km away) (Museum of Lace Manufactures, Romanesque church, all shops and services, whitewater sports). Ground floor: large 60m² living room with kitchenette, pantry, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each) with private bathrooms and toilet.
1st floor (mezzanine): lounge area, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, toilet. An additional bedroom (2 single beds) with a shower and sink is available if needed. !Warning! This attic room is ideal for children or teenagers.
Geothermal heating and wood for the stove are included in the rate.
Baby equipment: 2 high chairs, folding canvas bed, bathtub.
Internet access and free Wi-Fi in the cottage.

Housekeeping service: €80 (an equivalent deposit will be required)
