This magnificent residence, known as the “Château de Marvivo,” was built in 1870 and is classified as a “remarkable” historic site. It has been completely renovated to offer vacationers the utmost comfort and a variety of recreational spaces. Its 4,000 m² grounds, with direct access to the sea, overlook the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean with a 180-degree view.
A large infinity pool and a bocce court complement the indoor recreational activities offered by this historic residence.
The residence is located in Marvivo, between Saint Mandrier and Sanary-sur-Mer.
Just a short walk from the house, you can reach the beaches of La Vernette, La Verne, and Les Sablettes, and take a stroll along the coast or through the Cap Sicié mountain range.
The rental includes a housekeeping service that will spare you from having to handle household chores during this dream vacation.
All bath linens, as well as pool towels, bathrobes, and slippers, will be provided.
You can also opt for a “breakfast” package and concierge services if you wish.

Wow, what a beautiful setting: serene while also energizing; sumptuous while also cozy. Attention to detail and comfort in both furnishings/decor and eagerness to please and ensure our every need and want was met. There were features to delight all of us, from billiards to ping=pong to blackjack and poker to pétanque to reading, sunrise watching (!!!), running, walking on the beach, skipping stones, lounging poolside. As a soon-to-be-certified chef, I was especially delighted to cook in the state-of-the-art kitchen! Communication was quick the entire process, and our arrival was made extra special by our greeting by Julien, who combines charm with professionalism perfectly. It was Sunday evening (restaurants and grocery stores closed), and his recommendation for dinner delivery was spot-on. Our only regret was that we spent only two nights here. We made every second count, for sure, and look forward to coming back! Merci infiniement, Thierry et Julien !

We spent two fantastic weeks with our family (8 people) in this spectacular property. There was really nothing to complain, all perfect. Gorgeous seaview, dreamlike villa, all new, neat and of highest quality. A very quiet place and only 5 minutes walk to beach, restaurants and some shops. 5 stars - without any qualification.

L'endroit est magnifique avec une vue époustouflante, la maison possède tout le confort nécessaire avec une décoration parfaite, elle est très bien équipée. (notamment la cuisine qui a été très bien pensée). L'accueil et les conseils d'activités sont au top. Le service hôtellier est très appréciable, en résumé tout était parfait.
Nous envisageons de revenir faire découvrir cet endroit exceptionnel, avec des amis
