Nestled in the hills just a couple of minutes' drive to Escalet Beach, 5 minutes from the beach clubs of Pampelonne, 12 minutes from the action of the Port of St Tropez and 90 minutes from Nice International Airport, Villa Talia offers the absolute best in secluded St Tropez luxury living.
The property provides accommodation for 8 adults in three double bedrooms and one twin room (which can be made as a double on request), and further accommodation for 4 children in a room with bunk beds. All the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and are fully air-conditioned. The master suite takes up the whole top floor of the villa and boasts a large ensuite bathroom, a dressing room and its own private terrace. The living area is spacious and contemporary with all the facilities you would expect including full climate control, Sky television, internet, and media system. The kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standard and serves three eating areas.
Outside the property is set within an attractive landscaped garden of 2400m² with a truly stunning infinity pool which looks out over uninterrupted countryside to the sea and the Porquerolles Islands.
