Appartement cosy avec cheminée, terrasse et parking, proche pistes et commerces - Méribel - FR-1-180-552

The apartment is indeed very cosy, it was clean and comfortable. We didn't need the log fire as the radiators are so efficient. It's in a good location where you can easily get on and off the piste after a short walk (200m). Short and enjoyable walk into the village. Well equipped kitchen as we ate in most nights and we all like to cook. Really useful to have the washer and dryer machines. Remember to wear studs/ chains under your apres-ski boots as it is obviously icy.

The apartment is pitched for 5/6 people but would be more comfortable if it was limited to 4 and laid out as such. The bunk area compromises the second bedroom making it cramped and somewhat uncomfortable. The bunk is useful for laying out clothing instead of drawers! There were a few cracked or broken items in the kitchen. No initial basic supplies were left for the guests' use. We didn't like having to bring our own bedding, sheets etc and paying extra for cleaning fee. In our opinion these should be provided as part of the overall hospitality package. You will need snow chains on your wheels to use the driveway. Three cars can park there but in a queue so not at all useful. We had to pay E100 to park in the village.
