Clean and comfortable bed.
Difficult to find and in residential neighborhood. TV did not work and person did not show up to fix. Noisy area with dogs barking,

The location and daily rate.
The restroom needed a bigger window for more air flow. The pillows were too thin. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The springs were sticking out. No broom or mop available. The kitchen trash can was very small. Parking is tight.
