Strategic location.
The house is very nice. Like staying at my own house.
The iron needs to be replaced. It is not working properly. I slightly ruined my son's graduation attire.

The location is quite strategic. Near to the shopping/business center.
The living room & master bedroom are air conditioning. The other 2 rooms should be equipped with air conditioning as well.
