This is a great place to stay in a convient location for small kids. The lagoon out back is perfect for small children and the stores downstairs is very convient.

We enjoyed this condo very much. It accomodated me and my 3 children for a week long stay very well. Well equipped kitchen & full fridge. Loved the big windows and sliding doors to the balcony, it lit up the room with so much sunshine early in the morning, nice city lights at night. We loved the fact that the Ilikai is right next to the Hilton Lagoon where they showcase fireworks every friday night. The beach chairs on the balcony were a plus for the beach. Would definitely book again.

GOOD : apartment is at a great place beach ( 5 minutes walk) and shopping mall ( 10 minutes walk) very close to lots of things !!!
we had a leak under the sink, called in and got fix the same day !!!
BAD : unfortunately electrical problems with the building and we had 2 large power generators running day and nights in front our building , even at the 14th floor we could hear them .
some lifts were not working and the one who were minimum of 7 people only
About the flat, appliances very good, the room need some work, getting old ( paint flaking, deep scratches in the walls) wardrobe doors not working very well ( railing is damaged and when I slides the door it comes off the track ) all the knifes are blunts except steak knifes
