Perfect Stay!!

The room was very clean!! The kitchen meant we were able to save on money and cook our own meals. The checkin and checkout were very smooth!! I also left a pair of earrings in the room that meant so much to me and they were so quick to respond to me and post them back to me, I am so grateful for their communication with me!! I would recommend this place :)

Sadly not a positive experience.

Being able to book last minute.

No air conditioning, the room was so small and window was half stuck open. Right next to a main road which was so noisy sleep was impossible.

Our room was horrible, breakfast was bad, stuff doesnt speak very well english or is uninformed, the girl working there

It had parking available, since on the streets many cars are with broken glass, rear mirrors, scratched or damaged.

Room was very dirty, bed head rest had remains of fluids. Sheets had hair on them, ventilation has also all sorts of food/spills stains. Breakfast is very poor and not worth the money. There is no lift from the garage so you will need to carry luggage two floors. Shower curtain has never been replaced. Sink in the bathroom was broken so if you drop anything it would go directly to the pipe. Garage is also full of trash. Windows in the room even when closed have wind going through the gaps. You have to leave the room in the same shape as you found it, means also taking out the trash from the trash can or they apply additional charges (as stated in the informations). This hotel is the reason why we carry our own bed sheets.

We had a room facing the LeDome, but I would have preferred a room overlooking the yard and without the highway noises.

The room was very clean and spacious with kitchenette , the building had a large lift and proximity to metro and bus station was a plus. We enjoyed staying at Montempo

Just the location. There was dog poop along the path just outside the apartments. Quite a lot of it. It isn't a good or clean area at all. However the place is great and staff are very helpful. Transport is close, bus and trains.

Could have been better.

Convenient location. Available elevator. Room provided with all necessities. Nice view. Big windows, lots of sunlight.

The shower drain was clogged, causing water overflow to the kitchen and bedroom. The staff didn't assist with cleaning or switching rooms, only giving us the mops. We had to clean the floor ourselves until midnight.

Good value for money

The hotel is short walk from metro - we never waited for more than 10 minutes for one to come. There is also grocery store close by. There are electric blinds in every room and we had them down during the day so the room didn't get as hot. We felt safe walking to metro.the staff is really nice and helpful. You feel safe in this hotel as there is reception open and you can only come into the building if you zre a guest.

Comfortable, cozy. Great staff! The reception works around the clock, which is a huge plus for a full settlement. Stunning panoramic windows with a gorgeous view. Close to shops and metro. The center is located 30-40 minutes walk through some of the important sights of Marseille. Great hotel, we'll be back😌

Honestly I don't know how I / customercan take a room there in summer 38°. You can't believe there's is NO AIR-CONDITIONING ROOM❄️. because at night it hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😓

A pleasant stay

The stay was pleasant and the reception guys are just lovely, always friendly and helpful with any issues you might have with accommodation and other stuff. The metro station is super close (just 6-8 minutes of walk) so you can reach any place you want. Loved that patio was opened 24h, you can always go downstairs and peacefully sit, drink coffee or smoke (if you do). The room was spacious and clean, mine was on 10th (last) floor with a beautiful view. There's a little stove and kitchenware in the room, but no kettle, but a coffee maker. I had no issues with WiFi even though I read in the reviews people were having it. A nice place to stay for the quality/money ratio.

Be ready to see some rats on the patio in the evening time though, but it's France, guys :D

Competitively priced and convenient for a first visit to Marseille

The staff were most helpful and arranged for me to do laundry whilst there (reasonably priced). Always a bonus when you're on the road. Whilst not a central location, it is no more than a few minutes walk to two different metro stations (and the line serves the places you're likely to want to go to). There is a grocery store just down the street, so if you plan on cooking on the hob or using the microwave, you're well catered for. The room was well equipped with fridge freezer, though no toaster or kettle - having said that, I reckon you could use the equipment in the communal breakfast area in the reception. There are also vending machines, which are very handy and reasonably priced too. The bed was comfortable and the room had a lovely view over the mountains. You'll probably find you need to use the fan they supply. Always handy to have a desk and chair to sit at, in case anyone needs to work whilst there. I think there are also co-working and conference facilities there, but had no need to use them.
