Normandie Park Exeter

The property was easy to get to, had plenty of room to come together as a large family group especially the dining table but enough secluded areas to quiet time. Plenty of bathroom and toilet facilities to accommodate the crowd. Rated the best house so far on onur 6 year annual event. Beds were comfortable. House was warm. Property with animals as farmland and lovely gardens and trees topped it off.

Kitchen was a little small for many to help cook and more serving platters would have been good.

This was a brilliant property for our girls' weekend away. Enough bedrooms, bathrooms, open spaces outside and relaxing areas inside. We loved the fire place, green lawn for a fun game of croquet, walks around the farm, and fabulous shopping in Bowral and Exeter. It was just magical, and the 4pm checkout was very much appreciated. Thank you!!

The pool table & cues were well worn to the point of being a bit dodgy so a new cover and a full set of balls would be great. This did not detract from the weekend but in case snooker champions were to visit, they may be a bit disappointed :)

The gardens were magnificent and the house was roomy. It was lovely to sit on the veranda and look at the beautiful garden view.

There were a few things that went wrong. The microwave shorted which made a few power points not work. The shower drain in the main bathroom didn't work well and this caused the water to flow onto the bathroom floor. This made having a shower awkward.
