The apartment had lots of space and was in an excellent location, with a bit of TLC it could be a great apartment.

Could have been much cleaner. I don’t think anyone has cleaned under the sofa for years! Also towels were so thin they were translucent and smelt musty.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung total wohlgefühlt😄 Sie ist super zentralgelegen, modern eingerichtet und ist freundlich sowie großzügig. Freude machte die bequeme Couch. Den Balkon kann man auch gut nützen. Klar, man muss 76 Stufen hinter sich bringen, aber es gibt Treppenabsätze. Wir persönlich fanden auch super, dass die Übergabe per Code funktioniert.

Es gab nur ein Weinglas😝 Uns war es egal, aber die Dusche ist in der Badewanne und ist etwas rutschig/umständlich, auch durch den zu langen Duschvorhang.

The owner did not honor my request for entry instructions in English. Upon arrival at the apartment, I called him and told him, again, I couldn’t get in. His response was, “I’m on the road, I can’t talk now. Read the email.” The email was in German! I found a lovely German couple who translated the email and helped me get into the building. The owner speaks English. Why did he refuse to send instructions in English? Since he didn’t, couldn’t he have just told me on the phone? Secondly, the instructions for connecting for Wi-Fi gave the wrong password. It took three phone calls with the owner for me to figure that out. And he lied, initially saying there had been issues, and later saying I was the only one who had had a problem. The apartment was great, but I agree with a previous reviewer who said that once he had your money, he was done with you..
