Amenity galore loft located in the Fashion District of Downtown LA. This one bedroom, one bathroom loft offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, central air conditioning and heat, 2 TVs with Netflix and Cable TV, and private high speed WiFi. The complex offers a series of rooftops that have jacuzzis, swimming pool, BBQ, basketball court, and other hang out areas, all offering a beautiful view of downtown. On the groundfloor there is a gym, restaurants, market, and 24 hour security monitoring the premises.

The apartment is comfortable and is very conveniently located to lots of downtown amenities. I stayed during the pandemic so many things were closed and some of the building perks (e.g. roof top gathering spots) were also not fully available, but easy to see the potential (and not a reflection of the property itself. Kevin is an outstanding host; he was there to greet me, show me around and made himself available for any questions I might have. There were a couple of small issues (it happens anyplace) and Keven was super prompt about getting them taken care of. He was also open to allowing me to have my two dogs with me (otherwise I could not have stayed there)-- a big plus. I enjoyed my stay ; it was just what I needed in terms of accommodations.
