I would highly recommend Chalet Hibou for a group of friends looking for a big chalet
Jojo was a brilliant host, super responsive in the run up to the trip, answering questions and giving suggestions for restaurants etc. Plenty parking for two cars - I would recommend having cars to get to Chantermele - although there is a bus service, much easier to drive to the slopes and for big food shops ( we were self catered) The sauna was a real highlight. Amazing views of the mountains, and loads of space in the chalet - we were ten adults. Good drying facilities for boots, lots of hot water.

Chalet molto grande e bello, caldo, charmant; cucina ben equipaggiata per 12 persone (anche macchina per raclette), letti piuttosto comodi. Personale molto disponibile, gentile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta (ci hanno lasciato le chiavi dell'appartamento molto prima del previsto). Bellissimo panorama, con finestre e velux che incorniciano le montagne
Pulizia buona (lenzuola, bagni e asciugamani perfetti) ma non eccellente (un po' troppa polvere dimenticata in giro). Purtroppo c'era un odore sgradevole proveniente dal wc vicino al salone. Speriamo sia risolto rapidamente. Posizione non ottimale per raggiungere le risalite: necessario prendere l'auto con bambini piccoli
