Lokaal 1 is a spacious, fully furnished studio in Logement de 12e Stad: a former school from 1907 in the Frisian village of Berltsum. The studio is furnished for a maximum of two people and offers a quiet, comfortable base for a stay in Northwest Friesland.
You have your own kitchen, private bathroom with a rain shower, comfortable beds, a seating area, and a dining area. The studio itself is completely private; only the entrance to the building is shared.
The location is ideal for those who want to discover Friesland without staying in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Leeuwarden, Franeker, Harlingen, and the Wadden Islands are easily accessible, as are the Elfstedenroute and various cycling and walking routes.
Please note: the studio is furnished for a maximum of two people. A travel cot or cradle can be added free of charge upon request.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning and mechanical ventilation.

Der Grund, warum wir nicht bleiben wollten war, dass kein Fenster zu öffnen war. Man konnte den Raum nicht lüften. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach unserer Ankunft zeigte sie uns das Appartement. Alles ist neu und schön. Es handelt sich um ein Einzimmerappartement. Die Küchenzeile, der Esstisch und die Sofaecke und das Doppelbett befinden sich in einem Raum. Nur das fensterlose Bad ist getrennt. Der Raum ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, weil kein Fenster zu öffnen ist. Das ging für uns nicht und wenn ich das in der Anzeige gelesen hätte, hätten wir dieses Appartement nicht gebucht. Die Vermieterin zeigte 100 % Verständnis für uns. Sie versuchte sofort, uns in ihrem Umfeld eine neue Unterkunft zu besorgen. Alles war ausgebucht, wir fanden aber einen Platz auf einem Campingplatz, auf dem wir in unserem Bus dann übernachten konnten. Darüber hinaus hat Karina für uns sofort auch die Stornierung übernommen, worüber wir in der Situation (Bayern - Holland - weite Anreise) sehr froh waren. Es tat uns sehr leid und mit Lüftungsmöglichkeit würden wir sofort dort Urlaub machen. Als wir 2 Tage später an dem Haus vorbeifuhren, es steht direkt neben einem Supermarkt, sahen wir einen Handwerker auf der Leiter von außen am Fenster arbeiten. Vielleicht wurde ein Fenster zum Öffnen bereits umgerüstet? Auf jeden Fall haben wir gesehen, dass die Wohnung bis zum heutigen Tag ausgebucht ist und das freut uns für Karina, weil sie daduch keinen Ausfall hatte.
