Villa Lipovac Trogir

Super miejsce na spędzenie wakacji, villa kompletna. W dniu którym przyjechaliśmy czekał na nas gospodarz, w lodówce zimne piwko, napoje:) kuchnia dobrze wyposarzona, salon, ogromny tv. wychodząc na taras dużo zieleni przytulnie i cisza z dala od sąsiadów idealne miejsce na wieczorne pogaduchy, kawę czy też lampkę wina :). Miejsce na grila z drugiej strony budynku również oddalone od sąsiadów dla mnie idealne rozstawienie. Basen co do którego miałem dylemat patrząc na zdjeciach wydawać sie może, że jest za mały na miejscu jednak szybko zmieniłem zdanie dla nas był idalny, wielkość, woda czyściutka, temperatura wszystko się zgadzało, a nad basenem miejsce do opalania, wygodne leżaki i duży parasol. Miejsce oddalone od plaży 5 min na pieszo, atrakcje jak dmuchańce na wodzie, skutery wodne itp. po drodze sklepik oddalony 4 min na pieszo od villi czy piekarnia. Lidl oddalony 10 min autem bardzo łatwo wszędzie dojechać targ swieże owoce itp. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry na wszystkie wiadomości od razu odpisywał, syn właściciela bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny doglądał basenu, dokupił specjalnie dekoder na mistrzostwa świat które odbywały sie wlaśnie w tym czasie.

The outside space of the pool, covered veranda and dining table and chairs were lovely. The kitchen and living area inside were modern and very spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location to Trogir made it a great base for exploring the area. The villa is beautiful and Davor, Mateo and Sarah were very kind hosts!

Everything was great!

We hade a wonderful stay of 11 days at Villa Lipovac. We were 8 in total 4 adults and 4 children. The hosts were very helpful and provided us with good information and care during our stay. The Villa had everything we needed and the big television came in handy during the World Cup games. The kitchen was very nice and recently renovated, and the outdoor kitchen/grill came to be used several times. Then pool was nice and big/deep enough for our kids. 5,8,12,15. The villa is located a top a bit of a hill so there is quite the steep road to go up and down to/from the beach. But our 5 year old handled it like a champ so nothing that bothered us during our stay. The location of the Villa just made it quiet and peaceful instead so its almost a plus.

Nothing that we disliked, but there could be some glases for beer, and maybe a outdoor table (foldable) and some chairs for the back grass area when you dont fancy sitting next to the outdoor kitchen.

It was perfect for 5 of us to have a very comfortable family holiday . Beds were so comfortable , pool was lovely and kept very clean . Outside areas were wonderful too.

Property was excellent . A few more towels and extra pillow / bed coverings would have been good . Also , not properties fault but it isn’t an easy walking distance to beach bars / cafe’s . It is approximately a half an hours walk into Trogir .
