Villa Lipovac Trogir

We hade a wonderful stay of 11 days at Villa Lipovac. We were 8 in total 4 adults and 4 children. The hosts were very helpful and provided us with good information and care during our stay. The Villa had everything we needed and the big television came in handy during the World Cup games. The kitchen was very nice and recently renovated, and the outdoor kitchen/grill came to be used several times. Then pool was nice and big/deep enough for our kids. 5,8,12,15. The villa is located a top a bit of a hill so there is quite the steep road to go up and down to/from the beach. But our 5 year old handled it like a champ so nothing that bothered us during our stay. The location of the Villa just made it quiet and peaceful instead so its almost a plus.

Nothing that we disliked, but there could be some glases for beer, and maybe a outdoor table (foldable) and some chairs for the back grass area when you dont fancy sitting next to the outdoor kitchen.

It was perfect for 5 of us to have a very comfortable family holiday . Beds were so comfortable , pool was lovely and kept very clean . Outside areas were wonderful too.

Property was excellent . A few more towels and extra pillow / bed coverings would have been good . Also , not properties fault but it isn’t an easy walking distance to beach bars / cafe’s . It is approximately a half an hours walk into Trogir .

Ubytovanie bolo celkovo super. Štýlová obývačka s kuchyňou a terasou. Dobré matrace v spálňach. Bazén dostatočne hlboký na bláznenie detí. Parádne miesto na grilovanie a stolovania, kde máte súkromie. Asi 500 metrov od pláže a obchodu, čiže aj s každodennou prechádzkou. Majitelia nám odporučili nádherné pláže v okolí - cca 8-10 km a asi 15-20 minút cesty autom. Boli sme ich pozrieť a boli nádherné. Do Trogiru sme sa prešli peši - cca 3km a do Splitu sme sa pozreli autobusom cca 40 min a autobus ide z Trogiru každých 30 min. Super dovolenka na super mieste v super dome. Pri príchode si treba pozrieť na mape kde to je, google to vie naviesť o ulicu pred tým a budete chvíľu zmetený. Potom už vždy trafíte ľahko.

Jediné čo by som trochu vytkol bola slabá wifi - nestíhala.

Lovely place to relax and chill away from the buzz of it all, but yet close enough to the heart of Trogir. We really enjoyed ourselves here, the pool was great too cool off (given we had such great weather) and the BBQ with the outdoor kitchen area was a bonus, we had a great BBQ with the family and even our little puppy enjoyed running around. The surrounding greenery was beautiful. Place was spacious, and well equipped - we even appreciated the added Netflix. The host Sarah was really accomodating and friendly. We would definitely return x
