Perfect location, spacious and comfortable
No wardrobe to put clothes and building is really dark so a little hazardous especially since apartment is on the first floor and the stairs are a little steep

Location close to the VIC. Many kitchen utilities, but obsolete.
Dirty. Dirty pillows, extremely uncomfortable mattress and . It is deformed . Obsolete kitchen ustensile. Smell of burnt within the microwave. Hot water in the shower is just for only 4 minutes. Everything is obsolete and also extremely dirty. The apartment need serious renovation.
