Obiekt dobrze położony, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, gustownie urządzony. Dużym atutem jest parking bezpośrednio przy obiekcie. Przemiły właściciel bardzo dokładnie opisał wskazówki dojazdu i sposób dostania się do obiektu. Godziny przyjazdu i wymeldowania były do dogadania, co jest bardzo pomocne.
W ogłoszeniu jest napisane, że w obiekcie nie wolno palić- niestety w obiekcie ewidentnie były palone papierosy, ponieważ ich zapach był odczuwalna nawet pomimo długiego wietrzenia. Nie mogę się również zgodzić z opiniami innych użytkowników dot. czystości - lokal był ogarnięty, ale elementy takie jak drzwi, klamki, czy okna były brudne. Podejrzewam, że narzuty na kanapach również nie były prane po każdym kliencie, co tłumaczyłoby utrzymujący się zapach papierosów. Kontakt z właścicielem był też nieco zbyt częsty - podczas jednodniowego pobytu otrzymałam aż 3 telefony i jedno spotkanie osobiste.
